For puppies and sensitive pets, we offer introductory sessions, short comfort-led grooms, sensitive-pet bath and brush services, and familiarization visits without a full groom. We can suggest the best starting point after learning about your pet.

Please share your pet's coat condition, handling history, sensitivities, and any notes that may help us plan the visit. This helps us confirm what is practical and safe to include.

What happens if my pet becomes stressed during grooming?

Sessions are planned in stages and may be shortened, adjusted, paused, or stopped if your pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern.

How long does a puppy introductory session take?

A short introductory visit usually lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. A full haircut is not included, and the final scope depends on your pet's coat condition and comfort on the day.
